To highlight a single listing, simply click on that listing. To highlight multiple contiguous listings drag the mouse over all of the listings that you wish to highlight. To highlight a whole group of contiguous listings, click on the first listing that you would like to highlight, press the shift key, then click on the last listing that you wish to highlight. The software will highlight all listings that fall between the first and last listing. Another way to do this is to highlight the first listing you would like to highlight. Then, hold the shift key down, and press either the up or the down arrow to highlight the surrounding listings.
To highlight multiple non-contiguous listings, hold the command key down, while clicking on each listing you would like to open. If you decide to add another listing to those that are highlighted once you have released the command key, make sure you press the command key before you click on the listing. Not doing so will de-select all previously highlighted listings.
